This is a sample of the workouts in our Virtual Studio, led by Coach Dorain. This workout combines our fat burning barre exercises with heart strengthening, calorie burning cardio...top that off with a little pilates inspired core sculpting and toning and a little relaxation to wrap things up.
Remember to always work in good form and take resets when needed. If you do not have a myzone belt, push yourself to breathlessness in your HIIT’s.
