This is where it all starts. Our premiere barre classes set the stage for ultimate fitness, fat-burning and body sculpting.
Remember to always work in good form and take resets when needed. Shaking of your muscles is GOOD!

Work out 2 - No-Barre-Barre-Boot Camp
This workout is a spin-off of our classic Barre format. It combines our fat burning barre exercises with intense, yet controlled calorie burning cardio. The primary intention of this class is vigorous cardio and calorie burn. But don’t be mistaken, you will still burn fat and build muscle.
Remember to always work in good form and take resets when needed. If you do not have a myzone belt, push yourself to breathlessness in your HIIT’s.
